Salatzikiiiii cu rosii d-asta bune de mai, branza de capra, sumac, za’atar, menta, muguri de pin si ulei de masline. Simplu si bun 🙂

- 4 rosii romanesti
- 2 linguri de branza de capra (sau ce branza va place)
- 1 lingura de za'atar
- 1 lingurita de sumac
- 2 lingurite de muguri de pin
- Cateva frunze de menta
- 1/2 ceapa rosie mica
- Ulei de masline
- Sare si piper

Am rumenit putin mugurii de pin in tigaie pana mirosea frumos in bucatarie.
Am taiat ceapa marunt, rosiile in bucati cat de cat egale, iar menta am tocat-o.
Am amestecat rosiile cu ceapa, sumacul, za’atar-ul, sare, piper, mugurii de pin, menta si 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline. S-a amestecat frumos, apoi am adaugat branza de capra si cateva frunze de menta sa arate frumy.
S-a mancat cu paine cu maia.
