Midii din marea neagra cu sos de vin si rosii. O reteta usoara, delicioasa si rapida.
Nota: Eu am folosit midii pasteurizate pentru ca asta am gasit, insa as recomanda midii nepasteurizate (cu cochilia inchisa). In felul acesta vor fi mult mai gustoase, promit eu :).

- 1 kg de midii
- 200 ml. passata (piure de rosii) + 150. ml de apa
- 150 ml. vin alb sec
- 2 rosii medii
- usturoi (mult, daca nu va pupa cineva)
- ardei iute
- oregano uscat
- busuioc proaspat
- patrunjel
mod de preparare:
O parte din usturoi l-am pisat, iar cealalta parte l-am taiat bucatele. Am incins o tigaie cu ulei de masline, am adaugat usturoiul pisat, ardeiul iute si le-am calit putin. Am adaugat restul de usturoi, iar cand acesta s-a inmuiat putin am adaugat vinul.

Cand s-a mai evaporat din vin am adaugat passata de rosii si apa. Am amestecat si am inceput sa adaug: rosiile, oregano, busuiocul, sare, piper si am lasat sosul sa fiarba 10 minute, la foc mic.

Dupa 10 minute am adaugat midiile, am pus un capac si le-am amestecat bine ca sa se imbrace in sos. Dupa trei minute sunt gata, insa daca ai optat pentru midii nepasteurizate, lasa-le 5 minute pe foc.

Am mutat midiile intr-un vas adanc, am adaugat patrunjel si am mancat cu multa paine cu maia. Si pastele merg foarte bine in combinatia asta. 🙂
