Dupa lungi dezbateri pe pagina mea de IG, am decis sa numesc aceasta reteta “Dorada la misto”. De ce? Asa a fost sa fie. Probabil Macanache o sa fie mandru. Anyways, hai sa gatim!

- 2 dorade
- 1 lamaie
- 1/2 dovlecel
- 4-5 rosii cherry
- 5 catei de usturoi
- 1 lingurita sumac
- 1/2 lingurita chimion
- 1 lingurita paprika
- Coriandru proaspat
- 1/2 lingurita boabe de piper
- 5 linguri ulei demasline

Intr-o tava incapatoare am asezat doradele, am adaugat dovlecelul taiat bucatele, usturoiul( zdrobit usor cu lama cutitului), rosiile cherry si 1/2 din lamaie taiata wedges.
Intr-un bol am amestecat uleiul de masline, sucul de la restul de lamaie, boabele de piper, sare, sumac, chimion, paprika si coriandru tocat marunt. Am turnat dressing-ul pe peste, apoi am introdus tava la cuptor la 180 de grade pentru 30 de minute.
S-a mancat cu Batata Harra, niste cartofi super, SUPER aromati si buni, the palestinian way. Regasiti reteta aici.
