Am luat carnea picanta de vita de la Ferma Baciu, speciala pentru hamburger, si m-am apucat de treaba.
ingrediente:
- 2 chifle cu maia
- 2 bucati de hamburgeri picanti Ferma Baciu
- Rucola
- Rosii uscate in ulei
- Sos The Classic Dip it sauce
mod de preparare:
Intr-o tigaie grill de fonta am gatit carnea de vita 5 minute pe fiecare parte, apoi am adaugat gorgonzola peste si am pus un capac, pana cand branza s-a topit.
Chiflele cu maia le-am taiat pe jumate si le-am uns cu sos picant din ardei carolina reaper, apoi am adaugat rucola. Am asezat frumusel si bucata de carne, rosiile uscate taiate si partea de sus a chiflei.
S-a mancat cu fake fries. Reteta este foarte simpla si o regasiti aici.
