Cand eram in carantina (in iarna) am facut o panna cotta cu ce aveam prin casa. Asa a fost sa fie, sa iasa vegana. Nu regret nimic, a iesit super buna chiar si cu lapte de cocos. Va las mai jos pasii! 🙂
ingrediente
- 400ml lapte de cocos
- 2 linguri de zahar
- 1 lingura de extract pur de vanilie
- 1/2 lingurita de agar agar
Sos
- 150g zmeura
- 1 lingura de zahar
- 1 lingurita amidon de porumb
