Cand mi se mai face dor de Maldive, gatesc ceva specific. Asa se face ca am pregatit intr-o zi cu soare Chana Masala, o mancare vegana de naut, cu multe condimente indiene si suc de rosii.
ingrediente:

- 400g naut din conserva
- 200ml. rosii din conserva
- Mix de condimente(1 lingurita din fiecare - garam masala, coriandru, chimion si amchoor)
- 2 fire de ceapa verde
- 2 cm. ghimbir ras
- 2 catei de usturoi
- 1/2 legatura de patrunjel
- 1 lingura unt ghee (optional, dar merita)
mod de preparare:
In putin ulei de cocos am calit ceapa, usturoiul si ghimbirul. Cand acestea s-au inmuiat am adaugat condimentele, am amestecat si am adaugat rosiile si nautul. Am lasat totul la foc mic timp de 5-8 minute iar la final am potrivit de sare, piper si am adaugat untul ghee si patrunjelul tocat marunt.
